Jettie Woodruff Blog Tour for "Black Rain" - Hosted by Book Beauties Promotions.

BLOG TOUR
BLACK RAIN
by Jettie Woodruff
Genre: New Adult

Black Rain by Jettie Woodruff has blown me away!! This book was gifted to me and I am leaving a honest review. Jettie has done it again, writing a standalone book with tons of intrigue and mystery. I was a little thrown off in the beginning, but that just made me keep reading because I had to figure out what the heck was going on?  Why was Mikki running? And who are these men? Blake, Holden? Quinn? Why didn’t she want them to know who she was? What did she do? What was she hiding from them? I had so many questions throughout this book and it only fueled me to keep reading this one. Again I have to say I love this Authors twisted mine and her style of writing. She has become an Author I will read her books without even reading the synopsis, if Jettie wrote it? I want to read it, simple as that. I really liked this story and how we go from tragic and loss to a love so strong you can’t help but rout for the bad guy and love him to death.

I am giving this book 4 out of 5 stars.

Running smack into one man while trying to get to another wasn’t part of the plan. I never meant to plow into him. I was upset, running from a pain that followed me. The fact that he needed me was not only a blessing, but an omen as well. I could get far, far away from the agony and never look back. I could get to the one man I wanted to suffer, and never let him see me coming. It was the perfect plan.

I was the blinded one, oblivious to what was impending. Propositions and untied shoes, lies and runny noses, betrayal and playdates, all things I never saw coming. Unconditional love was forced down my throat, compelling me to do things I had to do. I ran.

No matter what they say, it wasn’t about the money. It was never about the money.

Jettie Woodruff is a lifelong writer, living in a pretend world since she was a little girl. Jettie spent hours filling pages of spiral notebooks with a number two pencil and a wild imagination. Her very first story was a sci-fi of all things.

Jettie writes more along the lines of deep now. She likes to keep her readers on edge, and deliver a story that will pull out every emotion possible. Writing on the edge of taboo and dark, Jettie hopes to distribute an adventure you'll not soon forget.

Married for twenty five years, raising two boys and one girl has left lots of writing material. She has recently become a grandma to not one, but two of the most beautiful little girls on planet earth.

Jettie also hates doing this bio. That's all you get. She loves to read and write. What else is there? <3
